That's because the Park Operator builds off the triumph of the original Operator, employing a resilient 7005 DH aluminum frame that uses the same shaping design as the 2013 Operator, which Kona Factory rider Antoine Bizet rode to an impressive second place at the 2012 Red Bull Rampage. Constructed to weather the abuse of hardcore shuttling, park riding, and downhill racing, the Park Operator is tactically designed with oversized pivot axles and bearings, a tapered headtube, and Kona's Walking Beam 4-Bar Linkage suspension that keeps the bike higher in travel and recovers from big hits more quickly.
